Qualifications and Experience

- Review and analysis of existing benefit plans; recommend change in plan offerings;
- Evaluation of benefit providers;
- Contribution strategy design;
- Data analysis and cost negotiation with carriers.
- Education of your staff through programs designed and based upon your employees learning style
- Complete management of the Open Enrollment process
- Implementation of all plans with the carriers
- Enrollment of plans through online or current enrollment process
- We assign a dedicated team to respond to employee/dependent questions and needs
- We provide plan materials such as enrollment and claim forms, tutorials on website, printed summaries or electronic password protected summaries and assist with SPD preparation
- Full service COBRA administration
- Assist with the IRS Form 5500 preparation and SAR
- Ongoing communication and education of Federal and State Compliance Issues; review required “Compliance Calendar”, provide a Web based Compliance Library; including HR/benefits assistance in sample policies and procedures
- Coordination of Wellness programs with the various carriers
